High Voltage Battery Remanufacturing

Each Swapbat replacement battery undergoes a detailed remanufacturing process to ensure product reliability. We make no compromises on quality—everything is carried out according to the highest standards.

What We Do and How It Happens

The remanufacturing process begins when a faulty battery pack is received and carefully assessed. The high-voltage battery is then disassembled, and each component is inspected individually. Usable parts are separated and documented, while defective or worn components are removed and replaced with new or refurbished ones. Common failure-prone components are also systematically replaced during the refurbishment process. All parts are fully documented and thoroughly tested.

Next, the battery pack is carefully reassembled. Once assembled, the battery undergoes comprehensive testing, including functional checks and system compatibility verification. The replacement battery also goes through a pressure test to ensure complete water tightness.

Finally, the remanufactured battery is documented, individually labeled, and delivered to the customer with a Swapbat warranty.
